- Cliff Nelson – Chief Operations & Logistics Officer: Mr. Nelson has thirty-years of executive management experience as President, Chief Executive Officer, Vice President and Director of many companies, both foreign and domestic. His background includes domestic and international business development with government leaders and senior executives involving logistics, operations, compliance, risk management, sales, auditing, and physical and data security. As a Senior Vice President in an FTSE 250 company, Mr. Nelson was responsible for relationship and business development with government officials in the United States, Canada, Jamaica, Bermuda, Dominican Republic, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, South and Latin America, South Africa and Mexico. As Director of a Fortune 100 company, Mr. Nelson presided over supply chain management, quality control, risk management, and production forecasting for over 2700 SKUs, as well as maintained daily contact with customers, vendors, brand owners and employees throughout Europe, the Middles East, Africa, Japan, Australia, Asia, Latin America, Canada and the United Sates. Mr. Nelson’s work within the Federal Government for the Departments of Energy (DOE), Defense and State Departments provided opportunities to work in environments requiring the highest levels of security, both physical and information based. As a Program Manager with the DOE, Mr. Nelson developed and implemented policy and strategic planning for procurement, logistics, manufacture, and accounting of assets totaling $13 billion. Within the Defense Department, he planned and directed a procurement, supply, maintenance, and distribution organization in support of operations throughout the Pacific Rim, while managing on-site and remote staff locations in Okinawa, Taiwan, Philippines, Japan and Korea. This organization managed all military movements to the Pac-Rim and equipment and personnel west of the Mississippi River. While working in the State Department, Mr. Nelson developed and implemented a comprehensive logistics and procurement program for sites located in the Philippines, Liberia, Sri Lanka, Botswana, Greece, Belize, Morocco, United Kingdom, Antigua, Grenade, Thailand, Germany, Ohio, North Carolina, Belize, Morocco, United Kingdom, Antigua, Grenade, Thailand, Germany, Ohio, North Carolina, California and Washington D.C, where all government work required the highest levels of data and physical security to ensure protection of national interests as an intricate part of day-to-day operations.
